1. Statue of Liberty and Battery Park
France's gift to America was the Statue of
Liberty. It was built in 1886 and a world-famous symbol of freedom and there
was one of the greatest American icons. It is the world's largest statue and
just less than 152 feet from base to torch stands tall, and weighs
approximately 450,000 pounds. Offers a fine view of New York Harbor and the
Statue of lower Manhattan. It is located on Liberty Island and a short boat
ride is required to get to the statue. From the coast to see the statue, which
sits on the southern tip of Manhattan, Battery Park and the Statue of Liberty
in New York Harbor and gives great views. From here visitors can catch a ferry
to the Statue and Ellis Island.
2. Empire State Building
As well as the Statue of Liberty, Empire
State Building, New York's most famous landmark. 381 meters long, 102-story

3. Central Park
Central Park is a playground for New
